Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at edgarfenixec@gmail.com with photos of the damage or evidence of the issue. Each case will be evaluated individually. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation. Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Taily Hearts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
