At Taily Hearts, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for items that are no longer wanted or where the customer has changed their mind.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective or damaged item.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at edgarfenixec@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will not be responsible for return shipping fees in cases of defective or damaged products.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
